AAADD DISEASE

Recently, I was diagnosed with AAADD..............

.........that's Age Activated Attention Deficit Disorder.

This is how it goes.

I decided to change the oil in the car, headed for the garage and noticed
the mail on the table. Before working on the car, I decided to go through
the mail so I laid the car keys down on the desk. But first I need to take
the trash out. Since I'm going to be near the mailbox, I decided to get a
few bill payments ready for the mail Oops, I discover there's only one
check remaining the check book and undertake a search for the extra ones.
While doing that I came across a cup on the desk left over from last night.

I need to put that cup in the kitchen. While heading for the kitchen I
notice that the plants need a drink of water so I put the cup in the sink
and notice my extra pair of glasses resting on the kitchen counter. I
decided to put them away. I head for the bedroom and notice that the TV
remote has been left in the wrong place and decided to remedy that. By the
end of the day the oil in the car has not been changed, the bills still are
unpaid, the cup is still in the sink, and the checkbook still has only one
check in it. I've also lost my car keys. When I try to figure out how come
nothing got done today I'm absolutely baffled because I know I was busy all
day!

Me

P.S. My doctor told me that AAADD could be transmitted by e-mail. If you
want to avoid AAADD, don't read e-mail. I meant to put this warning at the
beginning but I got distracted.
