Is it just me or does the idea of having a private 2-mile test race track
in your back yard sound appealing?

That would be _SO KOOL_.

In my backyard that would take about $40M to aquire the land and then
another $160M to settle all the lawsuits... we have a fairly high
attorney to general populace up here in the snowy northeast.

I guess that makes me about $200 M short of that dream. Oh well.
