We don't have to call you crazy... we already know!
FWIW, I'm planning on heading to Topeka for the Solo II nationals. 1500+
miles each way at 11 or so MPG. Yikes! I'm budgeting $750 for fuel.
Linda asked me "does that include the fuel for the race car?" After I got
off the floor from laughing, I said "I'll use less than $10 of race fuel
for the weekend, I can take that money out of the food budget".
Yeow.
But I don't go to Topeka every year, so it's okay to "splurge" once in a
while.
Here's hoping that I don't make a fool out of myself at Nationals...
