RE: [FOT] liner coatings update

The ones you bought from Ken until very recently were probably fine.
These new ones have issues. My machinist has trimmed down the top edge
for me today. The distance between the figure 8 edge ledge and the top
surface varied as much as 5 thou on my 4 liners. That was after my best
efforts to lap them down.
