The TR3 starting with TS13046 had 11in disc in front and 10in drums in rear.
They changed to 9in rear drums at TS56377. Some time during the TR4 run they
changed to 10.9 front disc. The change to 9in drums was to correct some of
the over braking in the rear.

Musta been after 13045, 'cuz 22312 had 10 inch drums until I converted to 9
inch.
