At the European tracks the flags are good visible (okay - except black
flag).
The corner workers are close to the track and they have lots of flags to
show.
I only know of one incident of overtaking at yellow since 2004 in our group.

In Vintage Racing...In Essence...1. There are Waaay too many incidents of =

passing/not seeing the yellow flag.....
2. There are Way too many Vintage race drivers who appear to be very much =

out of condition physically...
How do they get their license/medical card?.....
We have argued for many years that We(Race Drivers) are Athletes..we Are =

Athletes!...We need to be FIT Athletes.....or....Not Race!
