Thanks for the fast response
I found a slightly bent needle on one of the carbs and noticed that both
had witness marks from coming in contact with the jet.
Polished the needles with 600 grit and the pistons now drop without
interference.
Both carbs flood, 110 octane running out of the air horn when shut down.
Measured fuel pump pressure is at 4psi. I'm going to try an lower it by
backing off the adjusting stud.
