I use a 16 row on the spitfire.B  -10 AN fittings.

I prefer the Setrab coolers over the Mocal...4 Mocals...all broke within a few
races.B The Setrab one has been good for 5 years now.

I don't isolation mount, I firm mount from one side only so that the cooler is
in compression.B

B B Hi Mike, a couple thoughts on the oil cooler.
B B If you look at coolers, they will usually have either BSP or AN fittings.
My humble opinion is to buy a cooler with AN fittings; you can make your own
lines, fittings/hose ends are readily available in many configurations, and
colors for that matter. Do NOT use barb/clamp setups; they sometimes blow
off. If you do get a cooler with BSP fittings, Pegasus sells BSP/AN
adapters; I like AN stuff. I keep a line made up in case of a rock through
the cooler or cold weather; I can bypas the cooler in a very few minutes.
And cap off the cooler fittings.
B B I use -10 lines to the cooler; they give lots of flow. You can also buy a
fitting to put a temp gauge in the line if need be.
B B Mount it so that you have good air flow through it but don't steal air
from the radiator. I mounted mine in isolator mounts to decrease vibration;
anybody's thoughts on that? Good or not?
B B My $0.02 worth.
