 I have a dog box in my RX7 - use Redline Shockproof Gera Oil - comes in 3 =
different weights - works well at reducing wear on those parts that get hea=
vy wear - its formulated to stay attached to the bits so engagements have a=

 Duncan, the gearbox in my racecar (TR4A) is a dogbox, so without synchrome=
sh rings,=C2=A0 and I suppose you can compare it to a bike gearbox when con=

I have have heard good things about Redline Shock Proof Gear Oil=E2=80=99s =
ability to keep gearbox temperatures down:=C2=A0https://www.redlineoil.com/=
shockproof-gear-oils=C2=A0. =C2=A0The literature suggests that it creates l=
ess drag compared to other oils of the same viscosity rating. =C2=A0I use i=
t in the gearbox of the NSU racer but have made no attempt to measure how h=
ot it gets with any type of oil.
