 I don't know that it would affect RPM but the harmonics are very complex and 
there are different types/levels/orders; I can't see how that big heavy mass 
spinning on the back of the shaft can't help but affect things, torsional loads 
at the least, but I can't even spell injuneer...A smart person will jump in 
here and answer that one!Glen

  Something I have wondered about for years. Does the weight of the flywheel 
affect the RPM and intensity of harmonics inherent in a TR3/4 stock crank? I've
