Actually, I had not thought of that but taking your suggestion, I called
Duncan at Heritage. He said "no problem, send the entire back and we will make
it right". They even paid the shipping both ways. In today's world of
questionable ethics and quality it's great to deal with a company that stands
behind their products 100% no questions asked. Thanks for the help. JL
