Scott -

The main thing is to make sure that at least two of
your bell housing bolts are "dowel" bolts.... these
bolts have a slightly wider shank than a standard
bolt.  

If you have at least two of them, you won't have any
alignment problems.  You can mic the bolts you have to
check... if you are missing any...
www.britishcarspecialists.com sells them new.  They
ain't cheap!
