Thankfully, the fresh air duct is already in..  Yes, I've heard that that is
a bear. ...and on a tricarb like mine, a big hairy mangy grizzly bear.

Lots of patience and a footstool or stepladder.  Perhaps freeing the
fan from the firewall so you can get at stuff, then reattach after
hoses are installed.   Wait until you try the fresh air duct!
