Just had a chance to catch up on my reading and couldn't help but read Mr.
Denton's comments about the French. I also take exception about your comment
(Mr.Denton) regarding "W's war", but then it's always easy to criticize our
actions in Iraq, as Mr. Kerry often does, just after he voted for the war to
begin.

However, I digress....I have ALWAYS disliked the French as a nation, and the
war in Iraq has only served to confirm my opinions. I've been in France a
number of times, worked with their citizens and military. I remain friends
with a number of French citizens that I respect and admire; however, their
government's socialist bearing, their self-centered view of the world and
their duplicitous greed (Example: oil for food/UN) while refusing to support
UN Resolution 1441 are all confirmations of my life-long belief....their
cars may be valued as antiques, but the only value I see in their entire
country are the graves of thousands of good American men.

I'm new to the Healey list, so I hope I haven't offended anyone. Just an old
guy spouting off about something he disagrees with.
