Hard to tell without fondling them, but in general, you would expect for 
the dished side to go out.  But instead of taking anyone's advice, 
including mine, you should try them both ways, and whichever one results 
in the inner and outer knobs having a nicer-looking relation to each 
other is the one to use (as long as they don't bind on each other, in 
which case the other orientation is suggested).
