Robert -

The Falcon systems sold by Moss in the US or SC Parts in the UK fit
well enough and look and sound exactly like the original healey
system. If you order from the UK you may be able to save a few
dollars... but double check on the shipping with SC Parts first... but
I think it will still be cheaper. The only downside of the Falcon
system is it is a low quality SS so over some time the headers will
turn grey/black and the mufflers will discolor. Nonetheless they are
made very well. www.scparts.co.uk I have this system on my BJ8. If
you decide to buy from Moss, buy it from a healey specialist Moss
reseller like www.britishcarspecialists.com, as they can give you
advice on fitting it up and stuff like that.

A better system out there is the Bell system, sold by AH Spares. They
fit better and use a better quality SS so they will not discolor. I
have this system on my BN1 and the quality of this system is clearly
superior in every respect to the Falcon System. It also has the
original sound. Only downside is it costs more. www.ahspares.co.uk.
The Bell system still looks as good as the day I put it on my BN1 4
years ago.

By the way, I think only AH Spares sells the fitting kit for the BJ8
Exhaust in SS.

Cheers,
