Magnaflux and OD part needed

Two quick questions:

1.) In order to have the fan blades magnafluxed, do they have to be stripped
of paint?

2.) Does anyone have an overdrive accumulator pump to sell, or can recommend
where to buy one? I actually need just the piston and pump body...  Does the
Accumulator pump require any special tools to remove or replace it?
