Posting Pictures of Public Use

In the past Rich has offered his time to supply many of us with pictures.
First and most importantly a public thanks to him for his generosity. 

I also offer the view that these pictures are a valuable resource. Can
somebody with time and talent offer a website to collect, index and post
these pictures?
