3000 aluminum heads

I have a bad exhaust valve on my 3000. To fix, I could overhaul the head
with inserts on the exhaust seats and new valves and springs. I did some
polishing and combustion chamber work years ago and wouldn't like to waste
the effort.
Could it possibly be cheaper to get an aluminum head from somewhere that the
exchange rate is good?
