I haven't used them personally, but I have heard many people on the list
recommend Joe Curto:

That being said, HD8s are very easy to rebuild yourself, because it uses
nylon/teflon bushes and as long as you replace these (they can be replaced
by hand/without a press... you can get the bushes  from Norman Nock), your
carbs will work like new.  Shafts and rebuild kits are available from Norman
Nock too....
