I'm sure that none of those things are currently being done as they are surely
outside the scope of what registrars duties are.
However, some interesting developments are taking place within the registries
movement "as we speak" and the matters that you bring up are worthy of
consideration. In any case I believe that some important announcements
regarding the revitalization/reorganization of registries, both on an
individual and collective basis, will be forthcoming within the next sixty to
ninety days.
