Good advise. I have always used AMEX with Paypal and have always gotten my
money back from AMEX.

When you're paying via PayPal, do it with a credit card, preferably
AMEX. Then, when PayPal fails to come through, you can typically get
AMEX to do a chargeback. That makes PayPal *very* unhappy.
