I had a similar experience with my BJ8 and bought a front lower nose panel  
and a front upper quarter panel through Healey Surgeons from England.  My  body 
guys did an excellent job cutting and fitting them into the existing  shroud. 
 They did not complain about the quality of the repair panels or  having to 
rework contours to match the original.  There is no Bondo or  equal to any of 
that work other than the final seam smoothing skim coat.
