Doug -

I had my healey bumper done by Rick Vander Starr of Star Bright plating in
Oregon.  He's a hot rod specialist so will do beautiful work for your Chevy
Nomad.  Work is first class and he stands by his work if it's not right.
His finish work is probably the best in the business. If your bumper needs
alot of base reshaping, however, he's ~ average.
