Hi Greg,

The plunger is physically located under the side cover/solenoid bracket. 
There is a lot of spring pressure under this cover. Release the bolts 
gradually & evenly. With the cover off, deep inside is a brass hex plug. 
It may be very tight so make sure the socket fits well.
