Definitely.  Generally the rule is you can ask for opinions of people's work
and shops.  As long as it's a fair assesment in response and not personal I
don't think anyone will have an issue if you are asking for an opinion of
someone's work.

Put it this way, you are probably spending hundreds if not thousands of
dollars on your car, you have every right to know if your guy is good or
not.
