Hey Ray,
British Car Specialists has that felt busing.I installed one myself.
Use a razor blade box cutter to scrap/shave it , soak it in oil. run the
driveshaft through the outer tube, and then slowly, painstakingly jam it into
the space between.(twisting with pressure helps.
It took my several hours and a lot of cussing as well as starting over 3 times
because I needed to shave it a bit thinner- Good Luck -William Berg
