Having read this thread for a couple of days, I got out my new Judging 
Standards and as I read it "the hyphen"  isn't mentioned- this would 
indicate that A National Concours Registry Judge  could not deduct for the 
lack of or addition of a hyphen anyway due to lack of documentation?
