Assuming things were running well before and the aftermarket pump isn't 
pushing too much pressure?
Most likely caise is crap under a float needle keeping the fuel flowing and 
overflowing the rear carb. May be lucky by simply tapping the rear float lid 
to dislodge the dirt and allow the needle to seat fully and shut off the 
fuel flow as intended. If that doesn't do the trick, unscrew float lid and 
clean the needle and seat area. Check float level adjustment while there and 
make sure the brass seat is screwed down tight.
Might need to consider cleaning the fuel lines and installing an inline fuel 
filter before the carbs.
