Thanks for all the help. I solved the gap and window winder interference
problem using a couple of panel clips and new holes drilled in the top of the
lower section of the doors. I also was able to fit the front part of the panel
closer at the front edge of the door which allowed the door opener to operate
with out hitting the paneling.
