Yes, Some guys back then considered the Healey to be just another kind of
Willys. Small, light, simple--good for the drag strip.

hap, probably because the chevy six was dirt cheap.  i used to pay five
bucks for a stovebolt back in the fifties, so probably 25-50 bucks in the
60s and 70s.  some guys do not care about chopping up a car and the healey
was not that valuable then.   hjim
