There are a million answers for this but basically

BN1, not running, rough shape - probably about 10,000 USD, or less.

Cost of restoration - for a driver - probably minimum 15,000 provided
nothing special is needed.  For councors gold quality, you can easily
double that, if not triple it.

I'm sure someone else will call me an idiot and have another suggestion on cost.
