The nut and bolt method that Bob Haskell suggests is worth a try- it worked on
one out of four of mine.
Don't push it too hard though, or you can start to distort things. For the
remaining three I had to use a sawsall.
It's a miserable job, but it's a pleasure to put the new parts in
eventually...mind that if you get locknuts with the new bolts, there were some
that did not travel over enough thread to truly lock. There was an email thread
about this last year.
