Shut down.... Hey TOM

I was checking out the Archieves looking for your article on Shutting down a
car from speed... couldn't find it... but with all the added folks I was
thinking it might make for some good reading again...

Like the man said when I first started working on cars.... it's only got to
do two things... it has to steer and it has to stop.... Starting and running
well are optional.
