I just got a new Eastwood catalog in the mail. Found they have a pair of
dimpling pliers that look  like a pair of vice grips with a set of dies
instead of jaws. Their item number is 31089. Also they have a no weld panel
adhesive; item 31087. Here is their website  www.eastwood.com
