I'm doing the same thing. My solution is not to mess with the bottle activator, but to use a pull/push rod (you could use a heavy morse cable) and rather than just use a nob on the end of it, I'm using a lever, similar to what raises and lowers a hydraulic hoist. By swapping positions between the pivot and the cable attachement on the lever, you can make the action either pull or push. Dick J Tired of spam? Yahoo! Mail has the best spam protection around |
