Just got myself some cheap old stock Hella Comet 500 driving lamps for the
BGTV8. I don't really want to drill holes in my bumpers, has anyone come up
with a way to mount these securely?

Re: Wiring. Am thinking just to wire it somehow into the high beam circuit.
Any suggestions before I start?

When wiring additional lights always use a relay. The additional current
(~9amps)
can not be handled by the highbeam switch and you burn the contacts out.

I mounted a pair of driving lights by making a bracket which is installed
under the bumper
bolts and curls around the back of the bumper. The lights are then bolted to
this bracket.
