Wet with what? The first thing I'd do is to get that problem fixed.
WD-40 should clean and dry the inside of the cap, and if it's not cracked,
the car should run better. I'm guessing the plug that's not firing is the
one with oil on it? Does it smell of fuel? Fuel and carbon could look
like oil. Maybe it's not really oil. Which plug (cylinder) is it?
