Hello listers,
I was out in my B a couple of nights ago, it was probably down in the 40's
or 50's, and I was driving around 50 mph. About that speed, the needle on
the speedometer started floating between 50 and 60 mph. Later, I noticed
that the odometer had quit working. I reset the trip odometer at the next
stop and that seemed to get things going again at the expense of my fuel
mileage test. It did the same thing last night, but the odometer quit at
around 35 mph even though the speedo was steady. There's no telling how many
times this may have happened before. What could be causing this and what
should I do about it? Thanks in advance,
-William Killeffer
