Hello!
I know that some of the listers are from Illinois like me and I was wondering
if anyone has experience with passing the emissions test in an MG after having
removed the air pump.
I have the John Twist technical manual and in there he has an article about
desmogging the MGB which basically involves removing the air pump and plumbing
as well as the gulp valve and sealing off the EGR valve.
Has anyone done this and gone through Illinois emissions test?
