Take the tie rod fork and throw it in the never to be used tool box. 
Most pickle forks are too wide for MG tie rod ends. 

Jack up the car with floor jack under the crossmember. Take off the
wheel etc.

Loosen the nut of the tie rod end. 

Put a big hammer on one side of the steering arm. Take another hammer
and hit the other side. This should momentarily change the shape of the
hole and loosen the end. Repeat as needed until it comes loose.


If that doesn't do it. You can put a jack stand under the tie rod and lower
the jack JUST A LITTLE BIT so there is slight pressure up on the tie rod. Just a
little, you don't want to bend it. The repeat the hammer process.
