Two thoughts: Britbooks shows two parts catalogs,
http://www.britbooks.com/coofmgma3.html for Sept. 1966 on, and
http://www.britbooks.com/coofmgma2.html for cars up to Sept. 1966. They're
published by Robert Bentley, so maybe they're reprints of the originals.
Also, there are some books out that describe the process of rebuilding a car
using a Heritage shell (http://www.britbooks.com/upbore.html), maybe they would
work.
I haven't seen any of these, so I'm not sure what they cover, but they might be
worth checking out. They would be on my "lottery winnings" list (along with
the Heritage shell, of course).
