I hired a neighbor who has a windshield biz.  He came over and we basically
followed the advise from the links I received.  It took @ 2.5hrs.  We found
that the hooked pick used has to be medium size.  The small pick didn't
create a sharp enough bend in the rubber and would rip the rubber.  The
large pick is too big in diameter to get under the rubber/edge of trim.  The
medium size was just right.  Lots of lubricant and lots of patience.

Oh, btw, the neighbor/windshield guy says he is probably not interested in
doing any more.:-O
