My local tire specialist has a computer controlled balance machine.
It really works fine with my wired wheels as they've got proper adapters.
Same counts for the tooling for replacing the tires.
They even helped me free of charge twice replacing a broke spoke!
I got all the help I needed for a very decent price. ($ 0)
Are European tires garages dissimilar from USA ones?
