Rick:

My car is a 2 seat roadster (LHD), so if yours is a drophead or a 4str, (or RHD)
things may be different. In fact your car has a serial # more than 100 higher
than mine—so they may have changed things there too. Mine is P2114, one of the
earliest of the +4s, so they may have just been getting their assembly sequences
in order at that point. Also worth noting, my car has not been completely apart
to the best of my knowledge. I know, over the years, placements of things can
change at the owners whims, especially in the old days when no one was really
concerned with restoration – it was just another used sports car.

First the fuel line: In my car, this runs thru the passenger compartment on the
left hand side (viewing from the back of the car. Inside most of it is hidden by
upholstery, but it mounts on the top of the tank on the right side. From the
inside of the passenger compartment, it goes through the firewall (scuttle) at
the left edge of the forward facing surface about ½ way up. After it comes thru
the firewall, there is a short (4-5”) piece of rubber before it curves back and
connects with the fuel pump.

Wiring harness:

To rear:
>From under the dash, the harness goes to the firewall and down to the floor on
the passenger (right) side. Follows along floor. Back through the hole in the
rear bulkhead for the front spring mounting of the right rear spring, along the
chassis and wheel arch above the axle, still on the right side of the car. There
is a hole at the rear of each wheel arch where the wiring comes through for the
taillights. The harness continues back fopr the license light and then to the
left tail light.

To the front:
Main harness passes thru the firewall on the right side near the top of the
vertical surface. Once thru the firewall, it branches to both the right and
left. In the engine compartment on the horizontal surface of the firewall, the
voltage regulator is mounted directly above where the harness comes through. To
the right of the regulator close to the right edge, is mounted the fuse box. The
starter push is below the fuse box on the vertical surface of the firewall.
Directly below the starter push, at the right edge of the vertical surface,
about
2/3 of the way up, is a hole where the battery cable comes through from the
passenger compartment. It too runs thru the passenger compartment on the right
side, and passes thru to the rear about the same area as the harness.

The horn is mounted on the front edge of the horizontal surface of the firewall,
about in line with the intake manifold.

The harness proceeds up both sides of engine bay and goes thru a hole near the
front of each inner fender well, and on to he side and headlights.

Please ask further questions if necessary. Its not much of a hassle to go look
at
the car for you. By the way, I had your name next to P2234 2 seat roadster. Was
I
wrong?

Good luck
