Hello friends,

The present owner of above-mentioned Super Sports trike (a real one!) has
approached me with the question if I can track down any previous owners of it
and -of course- any history regarding this Morgan. The registration plate that
was fitted to the car read 3478 HX 1, which suggests that it has been in
France at some time. In 1973 it came to Canada and a few years later it went
to the USA, where it still resides. Papers that came with the car make it
probable that its British registration number read AN 1771, though this is not
100% certain. A two letter registration for a 1937 car is unusual, though
there are more examples known. AN was the code for West Ham and the Morgan was
sold through Duggies, so this seems to match.

Does anybody from you happen to know this trike? I would like to come into
contact with any previous owners of it, no matter where. Also (scanned images
of) pictures of this Super Sports are more than welcome. Can anyone explain
the link with France?

Many thanks in advance.

Cheers,

Hermen Pol
