Called the number, waited about 20 minutes on hold, gave my name, address,
and VIN to the kid who answered, and after he figured out how to enter an
old VIN into his computer, it took about a week for my pack to show up.
Very useful information inside. This was about a week and a half ago that
I called. It's amazing what you can get for free.
