[oletrucks] Question on oil pressure/oil pump

Suddenly have a hard time holding oil pressure, especially after driving for
long distances.  Now I have an engine noise accompanied by an increased
difficulty in holding oil pressure.  Could this be an oil pump, and how hard
is it to change?  The engine is a 1959 model 235.
