If you have decent pressure at cold startup and low to nonexistent at idle once
warmed up these are symptoms of bad bearings. The noise could either be the
cause of poor pressure or the result of it. Either way isn't good. Pump is not
too tough to change if you don't mind on your back work but probably will not be
the problem.
