commonly called a tank heater   they run about $35 (last I checked)   best
places to look would be Big R, Fleet, Cenex (places more western than auto)

the best part I found with them is your heater almost imediatly blows warm
air    but they do use a lot more power than a block heater      they are
easy to install    you just cut one heater hose and clamp the tank heater
in

I've used both and I liked block heaters better (they're cheaper too)
